Passing the Buck
Unbelievable. I haven't even made my first official payment yet, and North American Savings Bank has already sold my mortgage to Wells Fargo.

Same thing happened to us, although the bank waited for the first payment before selling the mortgage to Countrywide. A couple of months later, the mortgage was transferred to Bank of America.
